The RevenueBase portal gives you two apps: Audience Builder for finding contacts and companies, and Email Verifier for checking addresses you already have.

Choose your first task

Sign in

  1. Open app.revenuebase.ai and sign in with your account email or the sign-in provider you use for RevenueBase.
  2. Complete any email or account verification requested on screen.
  3. Choose Audience Builder or Email Verifier from the sidebar.
If a colleague invited you, use the link in the invitation email to join their organization. Use the email address that received the invitation. You can use the portal without an API key. You only need a key when connecting your own software or an AI assistant through MCP.

Understand credits before you start

Unlimited includes available contact email and mobile details. Request limits and account access controls still apply. See the full credit comparison for retrieval prices and the difference between an estimate, reserved credits, and the final charge. Your organization shares one credit balance. If you have a monthly spending limit, Your available credits reflects what you can use now. Ask an admin if you need more.

Find your settings

Open your organization name at the bottom of the sidebar for Organization Settings, Plan & Billing, Profile settings, and Log out. Billing controls are available to admins. My API keys is a separate sidebar item for both Admins and Members. The Organization settings guide explains what each role can do.

Understand the data

  • Data Coverage: explore countries, field availability, and verification recency. Country selections use the saved daily report.
  • Data Dictionary: look up fields and their definitions.
  • Data Freshness: understand when and how information is checked.
  • Verification summaries: review the checks behind profile and email data.
