Use this page to see how many records you can search and how often each field has a value. The Data Dictionary explains what those fields mean. Use the country checkboxes to combine any countries, or start with an APAC, EMEA, North America, Latin America, or Europe preset. You can select all, clear all, or change the countries in a preset. Search by country name or code; you can also type a list such as US, UK, France and press Enter. The totals, field fill rates, tables, and verification freshness update together from the saved snapshot. Country selection does not call the API or use credits. Worldwide is the default and includes records without a recorded country. The Country not recorded checkbox lets you include those rows in a custom group. Contact figures use the person’s location; company figures use the headquarters location. These are starting points for a grouping. Open the country picker to see and change the countries in any preset. Last checked: 2026-10-24 15:02:57 UTC. This report covers the entire API serving dataset. This snapshot was collected from the production Contact API.
These figures cover the searchable API datasets. A contact row represents a person’s job and available company data; a company row represents one RBID_ORG. They do not measure each standalone data-feed table or the number of distinct people in PER_LATEST. Your Snowflake or S3 feed can have a different scope and release date.

Dataset totals

Contact percentages use all contact rows. Company percentages use all company rows. A record with both email and mobile appears in both individual counts.

Country coverage

Contact countries use COUNTRY_NAME_PER, the person’s country. Company countries use HEADQUARTERS_COUNTRY_NAME_ORG, the headquarters country. The percentage is each country’s share of the selected geography. Worldwide includes records without a country. Worldwide shows the eight largest countries and all remaining recorded countries together. Selecting countries shows the chosen recorded names. Expand the table to see the complete alphabetical list for the selected geography. Case-only spelling variants are combined; other names are kept as returned by the API. Records without a country are shown separately.

Field fill rates

Fill rate = rows with a non-null value / all rows in that API dataset. These tables include every field returned by the contact and company column catalogs. Counts are measured across the full dataset, rather than a sample.
A value being present does not mean it is positive or non-empty. The API counts non-null values. An empty list, an empty string, false, or 0 can count as populated. For example, a populated HAS_EMAIL_PER flag can be false; use EMAIL_ADDRESS_PER to measure email address availability.
Person and job fields count contact rows. Company and Insights fields can be measured on contact rows or on unique company rows, so their percentages can differ between tabs. The tables use the API field names from the pre-joined dictionary. Unsuffixed base-table names, such as EMAIL_ADDRESS, correspond to suffixed API names, such as EMAIL_ADDRESS_PER, where available.
Denominator: contacts. These 173 fields match the enhanced table dictionary.

Person and job fields

A company value is counted once for every contact row carrying that value. For coverage per unique company, open the Company fields tab.

Freshness

Email freshness measures the age of EMAIL_LAST_VERIFIED_AT_PER. Profile freshness measures the age of UPDATED_AT_PER. Contacts with a timestamp is the number with a recorded verification date. Verified within the window shows how many of those contacts were checked within 60 days for email or 90 days for profiles. The percentage divides that recent count by the number with a timestamp. It does not describe the percentage with a timestamp. These figures update for the selected countries. A single country and Worldwide show the API’s measured median age. A group shows an age range containing its median, calculated from the combined histogram. Country medians are not averaged. Expand the table to see missing timestamps and age bands.
These timestamps record when RevenueBase last verified the information. UPDATED_AT_PER records when we checked core profile information against publicly available sources and confirmed it was accurate at that time. The information may have changed on that date, or we may have confirmed it without making any changes.EMAIL_LAST_VERIFIED_AT_PER records when we last checked email deliverability. The 60-day email and 90-day profile windows show how recently those checks occurred in this snapshot.See Verification Summaries for a record’s verification dates and sources, How verification works for the checking process, and Recommended quality filters for using verification recency in your audience criteria.
Company record freshness is not available from the current Company API. It does not expose an organization update timestamp or a company freshness section. Funding dates and app update dates describe those events; they do not measure when the company record was last refreshed.

Check coverage for your audience

Your audience can have different coverage from the full dataset. Use Contact Insights with your filters for reachability, freshness, country coverage, or field fill rates. Use Company Insights for company coverage and field fill rates. Each fill-rate request accepts up to 12 recognized fields. All statistics on this page use free aggregate calls. They return counts and field metadata, without downloading individual contact or company records. The last-checked time stays visible so you can tell how recent the snapshot is.
