Compare Admin and Member access
Private jobs, results, exports, and audiences are not automatically visible to the whole organization. Being an Admin does not grant access to a colleague’s private work. Explicitly shared resources follow their sharing permissions.
Invite colleagues
Admins only.- Open Organization Settings → Members.
- Choose Invite members.
- Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas, spaces, or new lines. Duplicate addresses are ignored.
- Choose Member or Admin. That role applies to everyone in this invitation.
- Send the invitations. Each person receives an email link to join your organization.
Manage pending invitations
Find pending invitations on the Members page. Resend an invitation if the recipient needs another email, or revoke it if they should no longer join. Revoking a pending invitation is different from removing someone who has already joined.Join an organization
Open the invitation email and follow its link. Sign in or create an account using the invited email address. If you cannot find the invitation, check spam and ask an admin to confirm the address and resend it.Change roles or remove members
Admins only. Find the person on Members, choose the role change or removal action, and read the confirmation before applying it.- Changing a role changes what the person can manage. Promote someone to Admin only when they need those controls.
- Removing a member removes their organization access and revokes their keys. It does not make their private work team-visible.
- The portal protects the last Admin from removal or demotion. Keep another Admin in place before changing the last Admin’s access.
Understand shared credits and monthly limits
Everyone spends from one organization credit balance. Admins can add an optional monthly spending limit for each person.A monthly limit is a spending cap, not an allocation. Setting a 5,000-credit limit does not reserve 5,000 credits for that person. Other members draw from the same pool.
Set a monthly limit
Admins only.- Open Usage & limits.
- Find the member under Member usage & monthly limits and choose Edit limit.
- Choose No personal limit or Set monthly limit.
- If setting a limit, enter the monthly credit amount. Review this month’s usage, running-job reservations, and the credits that would remain.
- Choose Save limit.
Read usage and reservations
Members see Your available credits and their own monthly usage. Admins also see Team credits available, Reserved for running jobs, Team credit balance, and member usage controls. Reserved for running jobs means credits are held while work runs. When a job finishes, its actual cost is charged and unused reserved credits are released. These job reservations are separate from monthly spending limits. If you have reached your monthly limit, wait for the reset or ask an admin to increase it. If the organization has run out of credits, an admin needs to add funds. Increasing your personal limit alone does not replenish the organization balance.Manage team API keys
Admins only. Open Team API keys to inspect key owners, masked key details, permissions, and creation information. Choose Revoke and confirm when a key should no longer work. Team oversight does not reveal another person’s full key or let an admin create or rotate a key for them. Each person uses My API keys to create and manage their own keys. See API key instructions.Manage billing and personal settings
- Plan & Billing, in the organization menu, lets admins review plans, buy organization credits, and manage invoices and billing details.
- Profile settings, in the same menu, is for each person’s own profile, sign-in security, and account deletion.
- My API keys remains a separate sidebar item for everyone.
