Open your organization name at the bottom of the portal sidebar to find account and organization controls. My API keys stays in the main sidebar.

Find the right settings

See Organization settings for the full Admin and Member comparison.

Update your profile

  1. Open the organization menu and choose Profile settings.
  2. Edit your first or last name.
  3. Save your changes.
Your email address is read-only here. Contact support@revenuebase.ai if you need help with an account email change.

Reset your password

Password changes use the hosted sign-in screen. Follow the reset instructions in Profile settings, sign out, and choose Forgot password when signing back in. If you use Google or your organization’s single sign-on, manage your password with that provider. You may not have a separate RevenueBase password.

Manage your API keys

You only need a key for API calls or connected tools, including MCP. Normal portal use does not require you to create one.

Create a key

  1. Open My API keys.
  2. Choose Create API key and give it a name that identifies its purpose.
  3. Select the permissions the integration needs. The available choices cover email verification and contact access; both are selected by default.
  4. Create the key, then copy its full value from the confirmation and store it securely. The key list shows masked values afterward.
  5. Add it to your integration using the authentication guide.
Keep keys out of public documents, source code, and screenshots. Each person should manage their own keys; an admin does not create keys on another member’s behalf.

Replace or revoke a key

The account’s default key offers Rotate. Other keys offer Revoke, so you can replace one integration’s key without changing the others.
  • Rotate replaces the default key. Copy the replacement and update any software using the old value.
  • Revoke stops a key from authorizing requests. For a planned replacement, create and install the new key before revoking the old one.
Confirm the action only when you are ready for the old key to stop working. Admins can inspect and revoke team keys in Organization Settings, but cannot retrieve another person’s full key or rotate it for them.

Manage your plan and credits

Admins can open Plan & Billing from the organization menu. PAYG charges for paid record retrieval. Unlimited includes unlimited contact and company retrieval, including available contact email and mobile details. Email verification still costs one credit per Valid or Invalid result on either plan; Unknown is free. Review Credits & Plans for the full comparison. Credit purchases add to the shared organization balance. A member’s monthly limit controls how much they can spend; it does not create a separate balance or reserve part of the pool.

Read the credit amounts

If a task stops for insufficient credits, an admin may need to add funds or increase your monthly limit. After that change, return to the task and check its status before submitting it again. Starting a second paid job can create another charge.

Delete your account

Account deletion is permanent. It removes your profile, personal API keys, private lists, and layouts. Your organization, shared resources, and organization credits remain; required billing records are retained.
  1. Open Profile settings and find Danger zone.
  2. Choose Delete my account and read the eligibility message.
  3. If eligible, type delete my account and choose Continue.
  4. Confirm the deletion. Complete a fresh sign-in if requested, then review the confirmation again.
  5. Wait for confirmed completion and sign-out. If an error appears, follow its instructions; do not assume the deletion finished.
The last admin cannot leave an organization without another admin taking over. Some accounts, including those linked to multiple organizations or legacy feed subscriptions, need support assistance. To delete the entire organization, contact support@revenuebase.ai.
